We are looking for someone who comes with a strong human resources background who can quickly connect and build trust effectively with a variety of people. We are also looking for someone who likes to explore and contribute to bold ideas and learn new skills.
What will you do?
- Perform the human resource activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Is the “Go-To” for employee-related matters.
- Manage the recruitment process through on-boarding new teammates; training and education programs.
- Collaborate with team leaders regarding employee performance and development.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner with the highest level of confidence, discretion and diplomacy.
- Maintain a positive public image and is responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues.
What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Three (3) years experience in human resources, payroll and benefits role.
- Initative, collaboration and teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Equity and inclusion.
